NAV 2013 Partner Licenses are now backwards compatible

NAV 2013 partner licenses are now backwards compatible.

Yes, You can now use your Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 license with earlier versions of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. 

In order to get a backwards compatible license you need to create a new Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 perpetual license in VOICE from Developer Tools, License Key Configuration.

    Hi Mohana, I am new to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and had a small query. Cant I change anything in Development environment if I dont have a developer license? My company has got 5 full user license of NAV 2013 but the address field in customer and vendor card is relatively short. I want to just increase its length from 50 to 100. Isn't it possible without Developer License?
